Damn Border - Maldita Frontera. A border is a point where two countries connect and divide at the same time. It is curious that this man made, sometimes imaginary, line separates language, currency, rule, custom, and nationality. It is both a 'micro' world and a reality.

Ramon Carrillo

Yet, the view looking down from the sky unites them as one land; the higher up one ventures, the more everything blends in to oblivion;  Where is the border now? This 'macro' world is also a reality.

Eduardo Kintero

The border areas have been witnessing violent deaths, corruptions and struggles while also recognizing success, progress and achievement. Every day, people line up and wait patiently to get through this "Damn Border" for many hours. The border between Mexico and the United States has many stories.
